A. Clients should choose our company because of the excellent craftsmanship of our homes. I always recommend that potential clients view our homes in all phases of construction so that they can appreciate the quality we build into our homes. Because the building process requires numerous communications, I recommend that clients interview all prospective builders to help determine the compatibility of their personalities. The key to good communication with your builder is accessibility. For this reason, I give every client my cell phone number so that they can reach me anytime during working hours.

The staff at CREG provide marketing and realtor functions such as open houses. They are knowledgeable about my products and this frees up my time so that I can do what I do best: offer quality homes at competitive prices.

Q. Do you have a special pricing program?

A. Our standard homes have base prices with options that can be added should the plans need to be changed to meet your needs. Custom home packages are priced so that clients can see the costs of every category of material and service that is incurred in the building of the home. A seven percent overhead fee and a five percent commission are added to construction costs. I form a working partnership with my clients in order to obtain the lowest costs available on quality service and material. Changes will be made during construction of a custom home. Many builders double or triple the price of change orders. Since my clients know my costs, I am able to show them invoices with prices from my suppliers. I apply the above mentioned fees, commissions, and realtor fees should they apply to the cost of the change order. This potentially saves my clients thousands of dollars in change orders.
